Return Policy
At L’ Nor, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• with original tags attached
• in their original packaging

Returns
To request a return, please contact us at contact@lnor.nl.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions, including the return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
L’ Nor does not provide return labels.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as L’ Nor cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
